The Tudor period featured low-cut, square necked gowns, elaborate blackwork embroidery and intricate beadwork, and a variety of sleeve styles. A noblewoman always wore a hoopskirt and a corset. We offer two versions of this gown: The Princess Tudor, and The Classic Tudor. The Classic has the ballgown silhouette and a dropped waist, and the Princess has a princess, or A-line silhouette.
