Court Jesters can come in many different styles, colors, and time periods, but they usually feature a diamond-cut pattern in either the cut or the fabric. The use of many, often clashing, colors is also typical of the Court Jester.

The jester at right features a shirt with high collar, a diamond brocade ribbon-trimmed doublet with multi-coloured bengaline picadils, matching slops slashed and cuffed with bengaline, separate tie-on sleeves of brocade and cross-tied bengaline trimmed with silver beads, a matching hat of brocade and cross-tied bengaline, a neck ruff, a pouch, and a miniature jester wand. $975.00 as shown.

While not really a jester, this Pied Piper features a parti-colored, square-necked tunic in velveteen with dagged, hanging sleeves. The ensemble is topped off with a matching hat. $475.00 as shown, for the hat and the tunic only.
